    We are seeking a dedicated Civil Engineer to join our team, specializing in commercial site development predominantly located in the Metro Area. This role involves working in the office full-time, focusing on drafting, redlining blueprints, and drawings without the engineering of sites.

    Responsibilities

    + Redline various aspects of blueprints and drawings.

    + Conduct all drafting tasks in the office.

    + Collaborate with a small team of project managers and engineers.

    Essential Skills

    + 1+ years of experience in Civil Engineering and/or land development.

    + Degree in Civil Engineering.

    + 1+ years of drafting experience.

    + Proficiency in AutoCAD.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + 1+ year of experience in site development work.

    + 2-year Associate's degree in Civil Technician or a similar field.

    + Experience with grading and slope design.

    Work Environment

    The office is located in Blaine and offers a laid-back environment where jeans and polos are the standard dress code. You will be part of a small team, including two project managers, three to four civil engineers, and one drafter. The position requires working 40 hours a week, with the possibility of overtime depending on project deadlines.

    Pay and Benefits

    The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $34.00/hr.
