    **Pay Rate** :

     

    $106,700 – 130,500

     

    _Multiple factors, including Individual experience, skills and abilities will determine where an employee is ultimately placed in the pay range._

    The Job You Will Perform:

    + Clearly outline contractor responsibilities, tasks, and deliverables.

    + Establish performance standards, deadlines, and how success will be measured.

    + Maintain open and frequent communication channels to address issues, provide updates, and ensure everyone is on the same page.

    + Promote a safety-first culture and ensure contractors adhere to site-specific safety protocols and regulations.

    + Offer regular feedback on performance, both positive and negative, to help contractors improve.

    + Encourage collaboration between contractors and employees to create a positive and productive work environment.

    + Resolve conflicts and disagreements quickly and effectively to minimize disruptions and maintain a positive working relationship.

    The Skills You Will Bring:

    + Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent work experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Prefer a minimum of five (5) years leadership experience in a manufacturing environment.

    + Experience in the pulp and paper industry is preferred.

    + Planning for and managing Site Contractors

    + Detailed knowledge of industrial safety procedures and regulations.

    + Ability to lead in a high-performance team environment and get work done through others.

    + Ability to collaborate with peers and work well work others.

    + Strong computer skills including proficiency with SAP and all Microsoft Office applications.

    + Good decision-making, judgement and outstanding interpersonal skills are required.

    + High degree of organizational skills.

    + Excellent oral and written communication skill.

    + Working knowledge of equipment, trades skills, work execution, and reporting.

    + Proficient in Work Brain and time entry.
