Position Title:

Shipping Associate - Entry Level

Pay Rate:

$18.28 (pay for skills program)

**Category/Shift:** _Hiring for 2 shifts_

Hourly Full-Time 2nd Shift (2pm - 10pm Monday-Friday)

Hourly Full-Time 3rd Shift (10pm - 6am Monday - Friday)

The Job You Will Perform:

+ Proficiently operate PIT, VMU and other equipment related to Shipping and Receiving.

+ Effectively communicate logistic information and possible issues to the next shift.

+ Must be able to locate all inventories on the floor, including overrun items to ensure first in, first out inventory rotation for shipments loaded during shift.

+ Monitor inventory for any discrepancies and correct as necessary.

+ You have visually inspected product being shipped for warp, strap placement, load tag placement, any other quality defects.

+ Ensure all trailers are being loaded using the correct loading pattern and product meets company quality requirements.

+ Ensure all sections and department is clean and organized and housekeeping efforts meet expectations.

+ Accurately completing quality and administrative documents and following directions.

+ This person will learn every job of the department (pay for skills)
