    A day in the life…

     

    Wondering what a day in the life of aCT Techat The Iowa Clinic might look like?

     

    + Arrive at work in the morning – no night shifts here!

    + Performs Computed Tomography under the direction of a Radiologist, at a technical level.

    + Performs a variety of technical procedures that require independent judgment, ingenuity, and initiative to apply prescribed ionizing radiation for Computed Tomography.

    + Performs a variety of diagnostic and interventional examinations.

    Required Licenses

    + ARRT certification and Current State of Iowa permit to practice required.

    Other Requirements

    + Completion of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology required

    + Two years applicable clinical experience in medical imaging and systems environment required.
