Job Title: Commercial Plumbing Technician

Job Description

As a Commercial Plumbing Technician, you will provide exceptional customer service while maintaining a professional demeanor. Your responsibilities include installing, repairing, or replacing commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters. You will also diagnose and repair issues related to sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes. Additionally, you will service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps, or lift stations, troubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues, and unclog drains using cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines. After each service appointment, you will submit service paperwork summarizing the work provided and collaborate with team members to complete projects promptly. You will also drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines and be willing to take on additional duties as needed to support the department.

Responsibilities

+ Provide informative customer service with professional conduct.

+ Install, repair, or replace commercial plumbing fixtures and water heaters.

+ Diagnose and repair issues with sanitary waste, vent, or potable water pipes.

+ Service grease traps, interceptors, sump pumps, or lift stations.

+ Troubleshoot common commercial plumbing issues on pumps, fixtures, valves, and DWV.

+ Diagnose and unclog drains using cable machines, hydro jets, or camera lines.

+ Submit service paperwork summarizing the work provided after each service appointment.

+ Collaborate with team members to complete projects in a timely manner.

+ Drive and operate company vehicles within department guidelines.

+ Willingness to take on additional duties as needed to support the department.

Essential Skills

+ Four years of recent and relevant commercial plumbing experience.

+ Valid driver's license with no more than two points or driving restrictions within the last 5 years.

+ Verbal and written English literacy for using cell phone and mobile email communication.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Experience with hydrojet technology.

+ Knowledge of sanitary waste systems.

Work Environment

Service Plumbers can be assigned to any location within Los Angeles County, Orange County, or the Inland Empire. Interviews and hiring orientation will take place in Rancho Cucamonga.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Rancho Cucamonga, California. Requires Travel to LA and Orange County as well.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $33.00/hr.
