    Job Description

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and dependable Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team. The role involves handling various accounts payable tasks, processing employee expense reports, and assisting with special projects.

    Responsibilities

    + Process various types of accounts payable invoices.

    + Handle employee expense reports efficiently.

    + Resolve vendor discrepancies promptly.

    + Reconcile vendor statements accurately.

    + Prepare and file accounts payable documents.

    + Assist with special projects as needed.

    Essential Skills

    + Proficiency in accounts payable and expense reports.

    + Experience with invoice processing and purchase orders.

    + Familiarity with full cycle accounts payable and SAP.

    + Strong data entry and document management skills.

    + Proficiency in Outlook and Microsoft Office suite.

    + Attention to detail and a professional demeanor.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in filing and scanning documents.

    + Ability to handle tasks with dependability and professionalism.

     

    Work Environment

     

    This role operates in an office environment with standard working hours from 7am to 4pm. The position requires the use of standard office equipment such as computers and scanners.

     

    Job Type & Location

     

    This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Henderson, Nevada.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
