    Job Title: Shift Supervisor

    Job Description

    As a Production Supervisor working Monday to Friday from 3 pm to 11 pm, with potential weekend overtime, you will play a vital role in leading and supporting the shift in aspects of Safety, Production, and Quality. This direct-hire position offers a competitive salary and benefits package.

    Responsibilities

    + Ensure employees on shift are trained and understand job requirements, including how to run and load equipment.

    + Monitor quality requirements, such as features, trim, and hand-inserted parts.

    + Collaborate with assembly and warehouse departments to ensure inventory accuracy of finished goods, work in progress, and scrap.

    + Complete material handling tasks on shift and manage shift paperwork, including productivity reporting, quality, and rejects.

    + Assist maintenance, quality, and engineering departments as needed.

    + Train new employees on proper techniques and procedures.

    + Guarantee the safety of yourself and coworkers while remaining knowledgeable, compliant, and willing to uphold all safety rules and policies.

    Essential Skills

    + 1-2 years of prior lead or supervisory experience, preferably in a plastics manufacturing environment.

    + Effective communication skills in both verbal and written formats.

    + Bilingual proficiency in Spanish and English is a requirement.

    + Exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.

    + Ability to work effectively with a team in a fast-paced environment.

    Additional Skills & Qualifications

    + Experience in plastic manufacturing, preferably thermoforming.

    + Supervisor or lead experience.

    + Spanish speaking proficiency.

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $50000.00 - $75000.00/yr.

    COMPENSATION/BENEFITS

    Salary commensurate with experience, paid weekly. Including signing bonus!

    Signing Bonus after 90 days.
