The pay range is $92,000.00 - $166,000.00

As a **Sr Manager Enterprise Network Strategy** , you will contribute to the team that is at the heart of defining the vision of Target’s network strategy from sourcing our products to final delivery to our stores and guest’s home. Working with stakeholders across the company in Finance, Properties, Merchandising, Stores, Food and Bev, Digital and Global Supply Chain & Logistics teams you will solve some of the toughest problems retailers are facing today to enable transformation of Target’s global operations. This role lends itself well to those who enjoy building relationships with a broad stakeholder group, solving complex problems, reimagining the future, developing financial business cases and strategic roadmaps. A role on this team will help drive your career development through robust strategy development, problem solving, influencing senior leaders, sharpening your technology skills, and giving you a deep understanding of omni-channel global supply chains.

Job Responsibilities

+ Leads large scale omni-channel transformation initiatives to deliver improved performance in operational cost structure, guest experience as well as enable future revenue growth

+ Works cross-functionally with partners across the Enterprise to align on planning inputs, develop business cases, and recommend network design and optimization changes

+ Owns the strategic long-range operational planning process, establishes timelines/milestones, communication, and defining deliverables

+ Develops and publishes long-range capacity and capability requirements to influence improvements in Target’s Operations, inform capital and expense plans and prioritization of future strategic initiatives

+ Provides data and analytics support for growth initiatives, including assessment and recommendations, with an emphasis on forward looking projects/questions

+ Influences senior leadership by providing accurate findings, well-founded insights and delivering impactful presentations throughout the project lifecycle to inform decisions

+ Performs competitive and industry benchmarking for relevant projects

+ Identifies roadblocks and communicates proactively to key stakeholders alerting them of potential delays

About you:

+ B.S. in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, Finance, Engineering, or other related fields or relevant experience. Masters or MBA preferred

+ A minimum of 5 years of experience working in Supply Chain, Finance, Supply Planning, Stores within a retail/manufacturing environment

+ Excellent written and oral communication skills with ability to develop rapport with Sr. Leaders

+ Relentlessly collaborative and self-motivated to deliver successful outcomes

+ Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize time and resources

+ Deep passion for problem solving, continuous learning and process improvement

+ Proven ability using data to drive changes/improvements in an operational environment

+ Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills

+ Can make decisions with little to no guidance from manager or other leaders

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performed both onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually, depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
