    HVAC Technician – Residential & Luxury Properties

     

    Santa Monica, CA | Full-Time, Permanent

    About the Role:

    We’re seeking a skilled and professional HVAC Technician with a strong background in residential service and repair to join our elite team serving luxury properties in the Santa Monica area. This is a client-facing role where your technical expertise and customer service skills will shine — no sales pressure, just quality work and satisfied clients.

    What You’ll Do:

    Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including furnaces, A/C units, heat pumps, and ductwork.

     

    Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues and perform system upgrades.

     

    Communicate clearly with clients to explain issues and recommend solutions.

     

    Maintain accurate service records and ensure compliance with safety standards.

     

    Travel to job sites using your own reliable vehicle (mileage reimbursement provided).

    What You Bring:

    5+ years of hands-on experience in residential HVAC installation and repair.

     

    Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, components, and controls.

     

    Excellent communication and customer service skills — especially with high-end clientele.

     

    Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and maintain a professional appearance.

     

    Ability to lift equipment and work in various indoor/outdoor environments.

     

    Valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.

    Bonus Skills (Preferred but Not Required):

    Experience with PLC control systems and electrical diagnostics.

     

    Sheet metal and mechanical system knowledge.

     

    Preventive maintenance and field service experience.

    The pay range for this position is $58240.00 - $83200.00/yr.
