    We’re hiring an experiencedHeavy Equipment Field Mechanicto join our team! If you have5+ years of experienceand enjoy working on a variety of construction equipment while traveling to new job sites every two weeks, this is the opportunity for you

     

    •What You’ll Do

    + Diagnose equipment issues using software, manuals, and diagnostic tools

    + Repair and maintain skid steers, excavators, hydraulic rigs, pumps, compressors, and pneumatic tools

    + Perform welding and fabrication as needed

    + Test repaired equipment for performance and safety

    + Deliver parts, research components, and complete work orders

    + Follow all safety protocols on active construction sites

    •What We’re Looking For

    + 5+ years of heavy equipment maintenance experience

    + Strong skills in diagnostics, hydraulics, diesel engines, and welding

    + Ability to read and interpret technical diagrams and manuals

    + Physically capable of lifting up to 60 lbs and working in varied environments

    + Willingness to travel frequently across multiple states

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $72800.00 - $93600.00/yr.

     

    You earn travel time to each project, $50/day meal assistance and then travel time to get home two weeks later. Your hotel room is paid for and in addition to your hourly rate, you are working consistent overtime. Our rate of pay is generally between $35 and $45/hour depending on your experience.     $1400/week - $22 x 40 hours

     

    $110/week – based on 5 hours of travel time each week

     

    $240/week - $40/day per diem (assuming 6 nights away from home)

     

    Total: $91,000/year (this excludes any bonus, medical premium subsidies or retirement contributions you will earn from us)
