    Job Title: Finishing Carpenter

    Job Description

    We are seeking detail-oriented individuals with proven experience in commercial construction to join our team for a large commercial project in State College, PA. This role is ideal for professionals who take pride in precision work and delivering high-quality finishes in healthcare environments.

    Responsibilities

    + Install commercial-grade doors and associated hardware with expert precision.

    + Handle Acrovyn wall covering installation, including sheet installation, corner guard mounting, and handrail fastening.

    + Collaborate with site supervisors and project managers to ensure timely and accurate completion of finishing tasks.

    + Interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications with attention to detail.

    + Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with all job site protocols.

    Essential Skills

    + Must have at least 2-3 years of experience in finish carpentry on a commercial job site.

    + Strong working knowledge of door hardware systems and wall protection products like Acrovyn.

    + Ability to work independently and efficiently in active hospital construction zones.

    + Familiarity with tools and equipment related to finishing carpentry.

    + Commitment to maintaining a safe and organized job site.

    + Comfortable working with tight timelines and adapting to changing project needs.

    + Positive attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic.

     

    Pay and Benefits

     

    The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00/hr.
