Job Title: Production Associate

Job Description

We are looking for a dedicated Production Associate to join our team. This role involves assisting with setups, changeovers, and production runs, as well as staging orders and counting finished goods. The ideal candidate will have the ability to handle heavy lifting and exhibit flexibility by assisting on different lines and filling in as needed.

Responsibilities

+ Assist with setups, changeovers, and production runs.

+ Count finished goods accurately.

+ Lift and move heavy products as needed.

+ Stage orders for production.

+ Follow direct orders from leads and lead operators.

+ Assist on all parts of the production line, performing various labor tasks.

Essential Skills

+ Experience in production, general labor, and machine operation.

+ Proficiency in inspection processes.

+ 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing environment.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

+ Ability to lift 50 lbs.

+ Ability to stand for 8+ hours a day.

+ Capability to learn and use computer systems effectively.

Work Environment

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Salem, Illinois.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.25 - $20.25/hr.
