In the role of VP, Continuous Improvement, you'll play a pivotal part on our team.
• Define and champion the progress strategy to improve the performance of Safran Cabin, in full alignment with the directives of General Management.
• Design and lead ambitious and innovative improvement initiatives across all key processes to drive sustainable transformation and operational excellence.
• Align and engage teams around ambitious action plans to achieve and exceed the company's strategic objectives, applying a “Think global, act local” mindset.
Reporting to the Quality, Continuous Improvement & Risk Executive VP at Safran Cabin, you will be responsible for defining and implementing the roadmap that sustainably enhances the company's performance and culture of continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:
• Deploy a structured and unifying continuous improvement approach at all levels, supporting the company's competitiveness, transformation, and leadership.
• Lead the BSC (Balanced Score Card), Master Plan, and Hoshin Kanri, ensuring their coherence and effectiveness across the organization.
• Act as a driving force by leading, facilitating, and overseeing strategic and priority initiatives to achieve objectives.
• Energize the improvement approach by ensuring rigorous planning, project tracking, and anticipation of risks and roadblocks.
• Deploy Participative Innovation and organize Safran Cabin's representation at the Safran Innovation Awards.
• Develop and embed Lean Six Sigma skills and methods, and ensure the application of operational excellence standards (QRQC, One Safran OPEX, 5S, Visual Management, etc.).
• Become a change management agent to support all transformations and improvements of the company
• Take full responsibility for the results achieved
Internal and external communication:
• Interact with General Management and the Executive Committee.
• Represent Safran Cabin in Group's improvement initiative committees and forums and with other Group entities.
• Lead and actively contribute to business networks and multi-entity or multicultural projects.
• Act as the validation point for engaging external consultants related to continuous improvement.

Qualifications:
- At least 10 years of relevant experience, including at least 5 years in a continuous improvement, Transformation or Quality management role
- 4-year college or Master's degree in Business, Engineering or Materials Management
- MBA or equivalent
- Black Belt and Change Management will be appreciated
- Solid understanding of the company's strategic challenges, supported by cross-functional experience in various business areas and proven leadership of business entities and multidisciplinary, multicultural teams within a matrix environment.
- Demonstrated ability to drive change in complex contexts, federate internal and external stakeholders, and mobilize collective energy to achieve results.
- Strong leadership, results-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to inspire, develop, and support both direct and functional teams towards overall success.
- Lean-Sigma, QRQC, and One Safran knowledge is a plus.
- Working languages: fluent English, French and /or Spanish will be appreciated

The expected salary range for this position is between $173,710 - $272,970 USD for US-California based incumbent. Actual compensation will be based on experience, education, location and factors permitted by law.
Role can be based in North America or Europe. Sites in US, Canada, Germany, Czech Republic, France, Mexico, Tunisia, Thailand. Requires travel.
