Job Title:

Bilingual Member Services Specialist (Spanish Required)

Hourly Rate: 19/hour

Location:

Miramar, FL 33025

Hybrid after training (3 days in office, 2 days remote)

Schedule:

Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM or 9 AM–6 PM

Duration:

6 months

What You’ll Do:

+ Help members with questions, issues, and account needs by phone, email, or fax

+ Promote and explain credit union products and services

+ Handle basic transactions like transfers, withdrawals, and loan payments

+ Make outbound calls to follow up with members or assist with sales

+ Provide excellent customer service and meet performance goals

+ Stay calm and professional with upset or frustrated callers

+ Use good listening and communication skills to resolve issues

+ Work well with different personality types over the phone

Requirements:

+ Fluent in Spanish and English

+ At least 2 years of call center experience

+ High school diploma

+ Experience in banking, financial services, or insurance is a plus

+ Must pass a drug test

Nice to Know:

+ Small, quiet, and professional call center (about 10 people)

+ Passionate about helping members navigate their financial journey

+ In-person interview

+ Looking to improve team quality after past vendor issues

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $19.00/hr.
