What You’ll Do

+ Process vehicle titles in accordance with state and DMV guidelines

+ Prepare and update loan documentation with accuracy and efficiency

+ Communicate with third-party partners to support title perfection and product claims

+ Collaborate with internal departments via email and Microsoft Teams to resolve issues

+ Review, sort, and route incoming mail to appropriate departments

+ Support frontline teams with problem-solving and service inquiries

+ Contribute to a positive member experience by meeting and exceeding service standards

Tools You’ll Use

+ Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

+ Internal systems for loan and title processing

+ Communication platforms like Microsoft Teams

What You Bring

+ Minimum 6 months of experience in titles and registration (credit union, dealership, or currency exchange preferred)

+ Strong administrative and clerical skills

+ Proficiency with Microsoft Office

+ High school diploma or GED

+ Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills

+ Strong communication and problem-solving abilities

Bonus Points If You Have:

+ Experience in financial services or credit unions

+ Familiarity with Symitar, Salesforce, TruStage, Accelerant, or LifeCycle systems

+ College education or coursework

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.00 - $23.00/hr.
