The Public Safety Officer III is responsible to enforce federal and state laws, local ordinances and University rules, regulations, policies and procedures, and to maintain order in an assigned area. Responsible for the detection and prevention of crime and the protection of life and property, providing active crime prevention, safety and security patrols in the community. Good customer service skills and proven oral and written communication skills are essential.
