    Proofread all content developed by the production and digital design teams to ensure.

     

    Accuracy against original, approved copy.

     

    Correct grammar, spelling, and punctuation.

     

    Consistency in typographic style.

     

    Proper type size and specifications.

     

    Correct placement of copy in layouts.

     

    Proper trademark usage.

     

    Accuracy of coupon codes, expiration dates, ingredient lists, and legal disclosures.

     

    Compliance with current Federal Trade Commission (FTC) packaging requirements.

     

    Ensure all documents adhere to current industry and legal standards.

     

    Communicate effectively and use sound judgment when collaborating with internal creative teams (copywriters, art directors, designers, account managers) and client stakeholders (Legal, Regulatory, Project Management, Marketing).

    Qualifications:

    Education: Bachelor's degree required; English major preferred.

     

    Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional experience in proofreading, copywriting, or editing; agency experience strongly preferred.

    Skills:

    Advanced knowledge of grammar, spelling, and editing conventions.

     

    Proven ability to manage and review high volumes of content accurately under tight deadlines.

     

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

     

    Excellent organizational and documentation skills.

     

    Ability to effectively interact with creative and client-side teams, including Legal and Regulatory departments.

     

    Familiarity with digital keyline processes, Macintosh computers, and word processing software.

     

    Exceptional attention to detail.
