• Creative Project Manager (Hybrid)

    Cella Inc (North Chicago, IL)


     

    Participate in the creative conceptualization process by providing complete project scope to the creative team. Prioritize projects and assure appropriate resources are allocated properly.

     

    Manage execution of project plans and timelines to meet project deadlines without exception. Responsible for estimates, quotes, and invoice projects monthly.

     

    Must be able to communicate project, budgetary, resource or quality challenges and concerns openly with clients/key stakeholders and internal teams.

     

    The Project Manager should have the ability to adapt to changing external influences. The ability to build relationships quickly will be an asset to the success in this role.

     

    Must track time on a daily/weekly basis and meet established utilization numbers for this function.

    Qualifications:

    BA/BS required. Emphasis in Communication, Marketing, Advertising or Business.

     

    2-5 years of Project Management/Account Management.

     

    Creative agency or meeting/event planning environment experience.

     

    Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
