Are you passionate about home design and helping customers create their dream spaces? Wayfair's Specialty Retail Brands, AllModern and Joss & Main, are hosting an exclusive hiring event to find talented individuals to join our growing teams in Dedham (Legacy Place), Lynnfield (Lynnfield Marketplace), and Burlington (Burlington Mall). We'll be conducting 20-minute recruiting screens, and successful candidates will then advance to a behavioral interview with the store manager after.

Open Positions:

+ Part-Time Sales Associate: Drive sales by engaging customers and assisting with design needs, while also supporting store operations and upkeep. Prior retail sales experience and a passion for customer service are a plus.

+ Full-Time Sales Specialist: Lead and coach sales teams to achieve goals, maintain store standards, and take on keyholder responsibilities. Seeking candidates with 2+ years of sales leadership experience and excellent communication.

+ Full-Time Operations/Visual Specialist: Manage stock levels, merchandise processing, and ensure an impeccably maintained and visually appealing sales floor, including keyholder responsibilities and visual merchandising tasks. We're looking for candidates with 2+ years of retail experience, ideally in home furnishings, who possess a passion for operational excellence and visual standards.

+ Full-Time Design Consultant: Guide customers through their design needs and purchases, leveraging your interior design and sales expertise in both virtual and in-store settings. This role requires 2+ years of sales experience, a strong understanding of design principles, and a passion for customer satisfaction.

+ Assistant Store Manager: Lead and develop a team of Design Advisors, drive sales, and manage daily store operations as Manager on Duty. You'll analyze data to improve KPIs and ensure visual standards are maintained. We seek candidates with 3+ years of leadership experience motivating teams to achieve sales goals, a client-centric mindset, and strong analytical skills.
