    • **Location:** Stanton, TX

    • **Pay:** $25–$35+/hr. (Based on Experience + Overtime)

    • **Schedule:** 14 Days On 7 Days Off Rotation

    • **The Job:** As a Night Shift Lease Operator, you’ll be the boots on the ground ensuring safe, efficient operations across our water infrastructure sites. Key Responsibilities include:

    + Maintain large pipeline network with multiple facilities

    + Monitor pressures, rates, and level on Scada

    + Inspect piping, fittings, and equipment for issues

    + Ensure a clean, safe, OSHA-compliant work environment

    + Complete tasks safely, correctly, and on time

    + Support process improvements and team goals

    + Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality

    + Complete required training and certifications

    + Perform other duties as assigned

    • **Requirements:**

    + 6+ Months of Oil & Gas Related Experience **Preferred!**

    + High School Diploma or equivalent required

    + Ability to follow standard operating procedures

    + Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

    + Comfortable working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

    + Must be able to pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
