Behavior Technician – Make a Difference Every Day!

About the Role:

Are you passionate about helping children succeed? Join our dedicated team as a Behavior Technician , where you’ll support students with special needs in achieving their educational and behavioral goals. You’ll work closely with educators, therapists, and families to create a positive, inclusive learning environment that empowers every student to thrive.

What You’ll Do:

+ Provide one-on-one or small group behavioral support to students in school settings

+ Implement behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board-Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or other specialists

+ Track and report student progress using data collection tools

+ Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to support student success

+ Foster a safe, respectful, and engaging learning environment

What We’re Looking For:

+ High School diploma or equivalent (required)

+ At least 18 years of age

+ Two (2) years of pediatric or school-based experience (preferred)

+ Current CPR certification (if applicable)

+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest x-ray clearance (if applicable)

+ Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements

+ Compassionate, patient, and enthusiastic about working with children

+ Strong communication and teamwork skills
