    Amergis Healthcare Staffing is currently seeking a highlyskilled Mammography Technologist in San Jose, CA!

    Requirements:

    Minimum2 years Mammography Tech experience

    ARRT/CRTrequired

    FluoroscopyLicense preferred

     

    Mustbe able to do X-Rays as well

    Assignment Details:

    DayShifts, Monday – Friday

     

    13-weekassignment, possible extension

     

    Start:ASAP!

    *Total Travel Package = $3,348.00/week/40 hours

    • Weekly TaxableIncome: $1,360.00

    • WeeklyHousing Allowance: $1,344.00

    • WeeklyMeals/Incidentals Allowance: $644.00

    *Based upon qualifying for position and allowances. Total packageis inclusive of taxable wages and allowances.

     

    The Mammography Technologist performs a variety of technicalactivities associated with the performance of screening and diagnosticmammography procedures. The MammographyTechnologist uses specialized X-ray equipment to take images of the breasttissue and work with radiologists to interpret the results. The Mammography Technologist helps detectbreast cancers early to improve the chances of successful treatment andsurvival.

    Minimum Requirements:

    + Current State License or Certificate in state where theywill be working

    + One (1) year of experience as a Mammography Technician preferred.

    + Current CPR if applicable

    + TB Questionnaire, PPD or chest x-ray if applicable

    + Current Health certificate (per contract or stateregulation)

    + Must meet all federal, state and local requirements

    + Must be at least 18 years of age
