    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Field Service Technician** in Albuquerque, NM to provide end-user support. This ideal resource must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure.

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Provide general IT support

    + Run break-fix and IMAC calls

    + Will support printer, laptop, server, network, and other technological devices

    + Will be responsible for troubleshooting, and maintenance services, ensuring that all (SLAs) are met

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Minimum 2+ years of experience preferred

    + Prior printer experience preferred

    + HW repair hands-on experience (printers, PCs, POS, etc.)

    + Break-fix experience

    + Must be familiar with ticketing systems

    + A+ certification is a plus

    + Lexmark certifications and experience are a plus

    + Experience with Lexmark printer break-fix and equipment installs a plus

    + HP Dell Lenovo experience is a plus

    + OEM service experience

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The rate for this position is between **$17.60 - $25.85 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
