    Our client is currently seeking a qualified **Field Service Technician** in Fort Worth, TX to provide end-user support. The ideal resource must have a valid driver’s license and clean MVR. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, and maintain composure under pressure.

    Duties and Responsibilities** **:

    + Maintain good customer focus while meeting deadlines and service level agreements (SLA’s)

    + Travel to client locations and provide support

    + Maintain, analyze, troubleshoot, and repair Desktop, Laptop, Server and Printer

    + Work under general supervision

    Skills and Qualifications** **:

    + Comptia A+ certification required (can be obtained before the end of 90 days)

    + Must possess good admin and organizational skills

    + Basic knowledge of printer, laptop, desktop, server and network

    + Printer and Wide-Format Printer Experience preferred

    **Wage Range** :

     

    The rate for this position is between **$17.60 - $25.85 per hour.** Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
