The Brand Experience Senior Manager is a high-impact, hybrid strategy-and-execution role responsible for bringing the GE Appliances brand to life through immersive storytelling and memorable experiences. This individual leads the development and execution of our most visible brand activations—including flagship trade shows, branded environments, and consumer-facing experiences—to drive awareness, deepen engagement, and reinforce our brand promise.
Acting as the connective tissue between product marketing, PR, social, creative, and merchandising teams, this role ensures every event reflects our business priorities and brand identity with precision and purpose. The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker with a maker mindset—comfortable translating bold ideas into seamless execution, while managing multiple complex projects under tight timelines.

How You'll Create Possibilities
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Experience & Event Strategy (85%)
+ Lead strategy development and planning for major trade shows and brand activations (e.g., KBIS, AHR, AAHOA, NECO), ensuring alignment with brand, business, and customer objectives.
+ Own creative brief development, messaging architecture, and storytelling strategy for each activation in close partnership with cross-functional teams.
+ Oversee project timelines, resource allocation, budgets, and operational logistics to deliver high-impact, on-brand experiences on time and on budget.
+ Partner with talent, training, and demo teams to ensure show-floor activations are engaging, technically sound, and aligned with product priorities.
+ Manage creation and execution of all show-related documentation, including run-of-show, registration workflows, senior leader briefings, and post-show recaps.
+ Serve as the central point of contact for executive-level engagements and internal stakeholder alignment throughout the event lifecycle.
+ Coordinate planning and execution for event-related content capture (video, photo, social media), partnering with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely feedback and delivery of final assets.
+ Partner with the lead generation, communications, PR, and advertising teams to develop integrated campaigns that amplify event moments across multiple channels.
+ Oversee trade show housing processes, exhibitor badge registration, and VIP attendee management in collaboration with event team, admins, and external vendors.
+ Create and present senior leadership recaps and performance reports post-show, consolidating KPIs, insights, and partner impact.
+ Maintain oversight of exhibit inventory and warehouse management strategy to ensure optimal utilization and readiness of assets.
+ Collaborate with sourcing teams on vendor selection, RFQ processes, and identifying new supplier opportunities.
Partnership Development & Industry Insights (15%)
+ Identify and manage strategic partnerships that align with our brand, event objectives, and broader marketing initiatives.
+ Develop scalable frameworks to evaluate and activate event sponsorships and co-branded partner activations.
+ Stay current on CPG and experiential marketing trends, technologies, and consumer behavior shifts to inform strategy and inspire innovation.
+ Leverage insights to identify new opportunities that extend the brand experience beyond traditional event environments.
What You'll Bring to Our Team
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
+ 7+ years of experience in brand experience, experiential marketing, trade show management, or creative project leadership.
+ Demonstrated success managing large-scale branded activations or consumer events from strategy through execution.
+ Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams, external vendors, and executive stakeholders with professionalism and clarity.
+ Strong creative acumen and storytelling instincts; experience translating business goals into engaging brand narratives.
+ Exceptional organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize and juggle multiple high-profile initiatives simultaneously.
+ Strong written and verbal communication skills, including executive-level presentation capabilities.
+ Comfortable working in a high-visibility, fast-paced environment with competing deadlines and evolving priorities.
Working Conditions
+ This role is based at GE Appliances’ global headquarters in Louisville, KY.
+ Must be able and willing to travel up to 30% of the time for on-site event planning and execution.
+ Occasional evening or weekend work required during peak event periods.
