Our client, a leader in their industry, has an excellent opportunity for a Data Analytics Lead to work in a full-time permanent role onsite in Boca Raton, FL. This position offers the chance to work with high-level executive stakeholders on transformative data and analytics projects.

This is a full-time, permanent opportunity, offering a competitive salary and comprehensive benefits package. Qualified applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis.

**Rate:** $175,000 - $220,000/year salary

Responsibilities:

• Lead the design and execution of data analytics frameworks to enhance financial modeling and risk assessment.

• Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and visualization tools using Power BI and Tableau.

• Develop predictive analytics models to support strategic planning, investment decisions, and revenue forecasting.

• Optimize marketing campaigns within Salesforce and set up Data Warehouses.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve risk mitigation, operational efficiency, and portfolio performance.

Experience Requirements:

• 7+ years of data analytics experience in financial services, risk management, or fintech.

• Strong skills in SQL, Python, R, Power BI, and Tableau.

• Familiarity with privacy and compliance (GDPR/CCPA), data cleansing, and safekeeping practices.

• Ability to manage multiple projects while delivering strategic business insights.

Education Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
