**Job Title:** Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP) – Hospitalist

**Location:** Lancaster Medical Center

**Schedule:** Full-Time, 40 hours/week, Monday – Friday

Position Overview:

Lancaster Medical Center is seeking an experienced **Vascular Surgery Advanced Practice Provider (APP)** to join our dynamic Vascular Surgery team. This is a hospital-employed position with responsibilities across inpatient, outpatient, and operative settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong clinical background in vascular surgery patient management and proven surgical first assist experience.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Collaborate closely with Vascular Surgery Physicians to deliver comprehensive patient care.

+ Manage vascular surgery patients in both inpatient and outpatient settings, including pre- and post-operative care.

+ Serve as a surgical first assist in the Operating Room.

+ Participate in care coordination, clinical decision-making, and continuity of care for vascular surgery patients.

+ Contribute to patient education, discharge planning, and multidisciplinary care discussions.

Qualifications:

+ Graduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program.

+ Current licensure as a PA-C or CRNP in Pennsylvania.

+ **Minimum of 2 years’ experience** in vascular surgery or a related surgical specialty strongly preferred.

+ **Required:** **Surgical first assist experience** in vascular surgery procedures.

+ Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.

+ Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
