    3rd Shift Production Supervisor

    **Hours:** 11 PM – 7 AM (Mon–Fri)

    **Salary:** $75–80K/year

    Overview:

    Seeking a hands-on Production Supervisor to lead 3rd shift operations, drive efficiency, and ensure quality output in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

    Key Duties:

    + Oversee and support production team: staffing, training, and performance

    + Troubleshoot issues and implement process improvements

    + Enforce safety, quality, and company standards

    + Maintain accurate production records and inventory tracking

    + Lead Lean initiatives and support continuous improvement

    + Communicate schedule updates and coordinate with other departments

    + Assist with equipment maintenance and minor repairs

    Requirements:

    + HS diploma or GED; 3+ years in manufacturing

    + 2+ years of supervisory experience

    + Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred

    + Mechanical aptitude a plus
