    Key Responsibilities:

    + Lead day-to-day project execution in accordance with contract requirements

    + Manage a cross-functional team of developers, analysts, and cybersecurity professionals supporting operations and enhancement activities

    + Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, performance tracking, and risk mitigation

    + Serve as the primary liaison between Indigo IT and stakeholders

    + Coordinate system interfaces and data exchanges with external applications

    + Support efforts to modernize architecture and reporting functionality, including business intelligence, data visualization, and secure financial data handling

    + Track and report status, milestones, and deliverables to government stakeholders; lead internal and customer-facing reviews

    Required Qualifications:

    + Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field; PMP certification strongly preferred

    + 8+ years of program/project management experience, with at least 5 years supporting DoD or federal IT initiatives (Army experience preferred)

    + Strong communication skills, with ability to translate technical progress to non-technical stakeholders

    + Active Secret clearance
