    ESEENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    1. Ensure cleanliness of our Member's apartments and the Community so they can live worry-free lifestyle

    2. You will share in making our community a beautiful place for Members to live

    3. You will clean member's apartments, patios/balconies and common areas

    4. You will have the oportunity to serve a senior population and ensure 5 Star quality standards of cleanliness and attention to detail for each member you serve

    JOB DESCRIPTON

    1. Following cleaning guidelines and proper product usage as trained whether for regular weekly cleaning or depp cleaning of apartments/common spaces

    2. Clean assigned common spaces as detailed on cleaning assignment daily

    3. Clean apartments using the Standard Weekly/Annual Standard Aervic listing

    4. Empty trash containers in resident kitchen and bathroom(s) and replace liners

    5. Dust and mop and/or vacuum all unit floors including bathroom

    6. Clean bathrooms: floors, countertops, commodes, lavatories, showers and mirrors in bathrooms

    7. Change bed linen and make bed

    8. Clean living room: floors, dust visible furniture

    9. Clean kitchen: visible countertops, sinks, inside microwave, floors

    10. Clean blinds, windows, baseboards and ceiling fans pr schedule

    11. Wear gloves to clean bathrooms and kitchens and wash hands after each unit

    12. Use clean microfiber mop head and microfiber towels for each unit

    13. Dust, mop and vacuum lobby and to include cleaning countertops and furniture in office and common spaces as assigned

    14. Follow guidelines for emptying trash and removing trash

    15. Stock soap and paper products in common areas as needed.

    16. Clean Housekeeping cart, empty vacuum prior to putting in storage area

    17. Placed soiled mop heads and cleaning cloths in plastic bag and take to laundry at end of shift

    18. Perform other duties as assigned

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

    High School Graduate

     

    Must work every other weekend with rest days off during week as applicable

     

    Attend all mandatory housekeeping department meetings as well as required Community Inservices

     

    Must be able to write and read with clarity sufficient to follow instructions

     

    Must follow cleaning schedules, policies and procedures as outlined in the Housekeeping policy and procedures Manual

     

    Must use PPE and Chemicals in safe manner as described in SDS

     

    Must be kind and respectful to Members, personnel, visitors and supervisor

     

    Must demonstrate neat appearance and good personal hygiene

    Must wear appropriate uniform and a nametag
