Entry Level Inbound Customer Support and Sales - Work from Home (Illinois and Utah Only)

**Start Date: 8/4** (with future start dates to come!)

Must live within 100 miles of Chicago or South Jordan

$17.00/hr. plus quarterly bonus up to $1200

Shift: Tue-Fri 11:15am-8:00pm, Sat 9:00am-5:30pm (CT)

PrincePerelson is hiring for Entry Level Sales Representatives to join a growing company that operates multiple consumer lending brands, each featuring distinct offerings and customer criteria. In the role on our Application Support Team, you will undergo a comprehensive two-week training program to specialize in a specific brand. Following the completion of training, you will handle a significant volume of inbound calls, engaging with potential customers to aid them in their loan application process.

Responsibilities:

+ Effectively manage incoming calls, adeptly assisting customers in navigating the loan application process

+ Educate customers by explaining the distinctive features and advantages of Enova's products and services

+ Initiate proactive outreach to customers as needed, encouraging them to finalize their loan application

+ Uphold exceptional customer service standards through articulate and effective verbal and written communication

+ Keep customer accounts meticulously updated with accurate information

Requirements:

+ Experience in a call center setting is preferred

+ Proficient in phone communication and verbal skills, with a keen ability to actively listen

+ Familiarity with CRM systems and their practices

+ Customer-centric approach with adaptability to various personality types

+ Strong multitasking abilities, adept at setting priorities and managing time effectively
