Your role
Reporting to the Manager, User and Relationship Marketing, you’ll be responsible for executing relationship campaigns to retain our audiences in line with established priorities, directions and strategies.
Key tasks:
Planning
+ Help develop relevant, high-impact relationship marketing strategies that meet business goals in line with established priorities and guidelines.
+ Share your expertise on the actions, content and initiatives most likely to retain our users.
+ Attend weekly meetings with partner teams.
+ Help draft the communications and discoverability plan.
+ Create the mailout schedule.
+ Draft and co-ordinate content plans.
+ Follow up as needed on the production of material required for scheduled mailouts.
Implementing
+ Edit newsletters and push notifications using Adestra and Airship.
+ Perform quality control and follow up as needed with all stakeholders.
+ Schedule messages and campaigns.
Monitoring
+ Produce performance reports based on predetermined key performance indicators (KPIs).
+ Contribute, as needed, to developing reports and recommendations on what actions should be taken to achieve goals.
This is a hybrid position with a mix of in-office and remote work. Work arrangements will be discussed with hiring managers per departmental guidelines.
Please note that this a 12-month, full-time assignment. The position can be based in Montreal, Quebec or Ottawa.
What you bring:
Qualifications:
+ Bachelor’s degree in communications or equivalent
+ Relationship marketing experience is an asset
+ Knowledge of email marketing tools is an asset
Skills:
+ Keen interest in the media and current events, along with good general knowledge
+ Thorough, analytical mind
+ Passion for organization and co-ordination
+ Self-reliance, versatility and resourcefulness
+ Creativity
+ Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, keeping them on schedule
+ Ability to work well under pressure and adapt flexibly to change
+ Excellent command of spoken and written French
