Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced **Sr Technical Product Analyst - Business Intelligence** to join our Commercial Surgery Technology team located in Raritan, NJ.
In this role, you will play a significant part in shaping our IT Analytics applications and systems that support the commercial surgery platform, ensuring seamless operation and efficient performance. The Technical Product Senior Analyst will build semantic data models and workflows, wireframes and build reports, dashboards, assess analytics platform technologies, and collaborate within the technical team to achieve business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
+ Collaborate with multi-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
+ Engagement in significant data and analytics projects always with patient-first approach.
+ Analyze and resolve IT issues related to Business Intelligence applications.
+ Define requirements for data ingestion, creation of reporting tables and data flows, ranging from requirements capturing from business to story writing in JIRA to technical development of the analytics asks as well as supervise development team members in doing so.
+ Conduct system testing, documentation of workflows, and user training for new implementations.
+ Monitor and analyze system performance, recommending improvements and enhancements.
+ Build/improve training modules and documentation for assigned analytics capabilities to enable business self-service.
+ Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in technology that could influence JJT systems.
+ Mentor junior analysts and provide guidance on standard methodologies in analysis and reporting.
+ Understands and applies Johnson & Johnson’s Credo and Leadership Imperatives in day-to-day interactions with team.
Qualifications
Education:
+ Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
+ 4+ years of proven ability in IT analysis/support within the healthcare or MedTech field.
+ Strong proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Excel, Tableau, QlikSense, PowerBI).
+ Data Literacy across several commercial and supply chain data sets, such as product master, customer master, field sales alignment, sales, invoices, orders, pricing & contracting, inventory, etc.
+ Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
+ Strong and interpersonal communications with the ability to work cross-functionally.
Preferred:
+ Alteryx, Tableau Prep, Python, Data Wrangling.
+ Data Catalog: Alation

This position is based in Raritan, NJ. Some domestic travel, up to 10%, may be necessary.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$77,000 to $139,000
Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
The Company maintains highly competitive, performance-based compensation programs. Under current guidelines, this position is eligible for an annual performance bonus in accordance with the terms of the applicable plan. The annual performance bonus is a cash bonus intended to provide an incentive to achieve annual targeted results by rewarding for individual and the corporation’s performance over a calendar/performance year. Bonuses are awarded at the Company’s discretion on an individual basis.
