Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a **Sr. Administrative Assistant** to join our US Marketing Immunology team located in **Horsham, PA.**
_Per our J&J Flex Policy, the expectation for this position is to work in the office 3-4 days per week and work from home 1-2 days per week_

The Sr. Administrative Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to the Director of Marketing, Icotrokinra, Dermatology TA as well as support for the key launch initiatives associated with Icotrokinra and support of several field-based teams. Activities will include scheduling and prioritizing internal/external meetings, event planning/execution, travel arrangements, expense reports, limited document management, collaboration across the field teams and franchise. Critical capabilities include flexibility, approachability, advanced organizational skills and proactivity. May perform other duties as assigned.
Major Duties & Responsibilities
+ Maintain complex and highly fluid calendars, scheduling and prioritizing internal/external meetings
+ Schedule and manage on and off-site meeting and event planning
+ Ensure preparation and validation of expense reports
+ Make and manage travel arrangements
+ Coordinate recruiting activities and manage employee onboarding, off boarding and other employee transitions
+ Manage certain procurement workflows (e.g., contracts, check requisitions, PO management)
+ Create and maintain org charts, distribution and team lists
+ Support varied launch projects
+ Collaborate and align with broader Immunology administrative staff
+ May perform other duties as assigned
Other Duties to provide support:
+ Marketing and Field Communications
+ Special projects tied to Launch
+ Key Congress, Steering Committee, and KOL event planning and coordination
+ Field engagement activities
+ Team culture-building initiatives
**Requirements** :
+ Minimum of a High School diploma is required, advanced education or training highly preferred
+ Minimum of 5 years of experience in business supporting scientific/medical and or business leaders and teams
+ Self-starter with a strong sense of ownership and team involvement is required
+ Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to collaboration across teams is required
+ Strong organizational skills and the ability to successfully prioritize and provide accurate follow up regarding business issues and correspondence is required
+ Act with sense of urgency while demonstrating a high degree of professionalism and confidentiality is required
+ The ability to manage complexity and adapt in a fast-paced environment is required
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SharePoint, MS Teams, ZOOM required
