    **Superior Completion Services** is currently seeking a **Senior Technical Account Manager** for our office in **Houston, TX** .

    In this role, you'll do more than manage technical solutions - you’ll act as a strategic partner to our clients and a vital connector within our organization. You’ll need to think long-term, align with our business strategy, and deeply understand the needs of our customers. Your ability to communicate across departments - from Engineering to Operations - will directly influence success at every level.

     

    You’ll report directly to the **Global Director of Technology & Sales** and serve as the lead on some of the most valuable and technically complex accounts in the industry. This is your opportunity to lead where it matters most.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

    + Maintain, retain, and expand the existing client base

    + Generate new business and opportunities

    + Learn about and report on customer strategy and business plans.

    + Provide Market Intelligence (customer and competitor intelligence)

    + Proficient in SWOT Analysis

    + Forecast revenues/job activity levels

    + Ability to present to Clients at a Technical Marketing and Business performance level

    + Ability to respond and generate customer-driven requests for quotes (RFQ) and requests for information (RFI)

    + Adhere to Company processes as outlined by Superior

    + Generate and present business performance reviews for the assigned client base

    EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

    + High school diploma or GED required,

    + A minimum of 5-7 years related experience, including 3-5 years as a Technical Advisor or equivalent, is preferred.

    + Experience in lieu of education will be accepted on a year-for-year basis.

    TECHNICAL SKILLS

    + Current Completion practices and technology used in the oil and gas industry

    + Operational knowledge related to completion services, procedures, and processes

    + Current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the Completion tools business

    + Proficient in the use of MS Office software (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, etc.), Customer Relationship Management System knowledge, and in utilizing a variety of office equipment

    + Ability to logically assemble and present information to the client base

    + Building and maintaining intimate customer relationships, internal or external

    + Build relationships within the industry

    + Using logic and reasoning to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions, or approaches to problems

    + Provide Market Intelligence (customer and competitor intelligence); conduct and utilize SWOT Analysis.

    + Foster teamwork between Sales, Completion Advisors, and Operations Groups

    + Provide direction to others as needed

    + Knowledge relating to Completion services procedures, SOPs, basic proficiency, or ability to train and use enterprise accounting and sales software such as D365

    + Processes current practices, equipment, materials, and supplies used in the completion tools business.
