    ColonialWebb is seeking a dynamic individual for parts sales to our customers. The Parts Coordinator will assist in building existing vendor relationships and growing the parts business as a whole. This person must be high energy and have a drive for achieving monthly sales budgets.

    A day in the life:

    + Responsible for providing customers with parts quotations, and once approved, following orders through to completion

    + Lead the communication process between ColonialWebb, vendors, and the customer regarding placing parts orders, order status, and timely delivery of parts

    + Prepare all orders for invoicing to ensure timely delivery of the invoice to the customer

    + Follow up on outstanding quotes and track reasons when quotes are lost

    + Review, research, and resolve any Accounts Receivable concerns relating to the Parts business

    + Work with the Service Manager and Account Executives in contacting prospective new customers

    + Obtain, prepare, and enter all paperwork for returns/warranty items

    + Handle new vendor information and setup with Accounts Payable

    You should have:

    + High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred

    + Excellent communication, interpersonal, and phone skills

    + Possesses sales capabilities necessary for customer acquisition and retention.

    + Confident and positive attitude

    + Adaptable, persuasive, and passionate

    + Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision

    + Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload
