    We are looking for an amazing Manager, Integrated Marketing - Direct Channel to fill this role, which is based in our Doral office. The Manager of Integrated Marketing - Direct Channel leads a distinct functional area within Marketing, where they are responsible for developing marketing strategies and holistic, integrated tactical campaigns to support priority commercial and revenue-driving initiatives (e.g. retail promotions, major trades, open for sale, etc). It requires a deep understanding of business drivers, strategic priorities, and marketing functions. This Manager collaborates with many cross-functional leaders in E-Commerce/Web, Media, Customer Marketing, Sales, Revenue Management, Product Marketing, and Creative Services to bring campaigns to market. They also serve as the main point of contact for our International Teams across the globe. This role will have a specific focus driving targeted offers, planning and activating upsell campaigns, managing messaging and offers for pre-cruise and future cruise efforts. In partnership with E-Commerce, they will also be responsible for messaging and content alignment for international websites.

    Responsibilities

    + Lead the development of commercial and revenue-driving campaigns orchestrated across cross-functional tactics and timing, which may mean the direct ownership of a campaign, or providing guidance/direction to direct reports to execute campaigns.

    + Lead internal and cross-functional meetings, ensuring campaigns are planned, meeting business objectives, don't present conflict with other campaigns, are kept on track and there are no issues with hitting launch date, escalating issues and working to problem solve as needed.

    + Foster strong relationships with partners in marketing, commercial, e-commerce/ web, international and trade sales.

    + Plan and orchestrate onboard revenue and direct channel targeted offers and messaging.

    + Collaborate with partners to develop test plans, creative, activate go-to-market and provide campaign reporting to build upon learnings.

    + Champion messaging and content alignment across Pre-cruise and International via direct and ecommerce channels, ensuring Princess marketing efforts have a consistent voice to the consumer.

    + Understand the localization needed to support the international teams.

    + Maintain campaign calendars & documentation to ensure visibility of all plans to Commercial Leadership.

    + Create/maintain team processes and documents that facilitate more efficient, go-to-market, information management.

    Requirements

    + 5+ years in marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role

    + Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or equivalent

    + Proven track record of developing and executing cross-functional marketing campaigns focusing on direct channel (EM/DM/eCommerce)

    + Experience working in a global organization, or travel/hospitality industry is helpful but not required.

    + Outstanding interpersonal skills (written and verbal) are required to communicate with cross-functional partners

    + Proven ability to develop successful marketing strategies.

    + Strong understanding of marketing functions and principles, including high-performing creative and content planning.

    + Excellent analytical skills and experience using data to inform marketing decisions and present results.

    + Must be organized with the ability to manage multiple programs simultaneously.

    + Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly building/maintaining PowerPoint presentations, Smartsheets, Adobe Workfront

    + **This position is considered Hybrid and follows the Company’s schedule of three days in the office per week (Tuesday – Thursday)**
