What You’ll Do:
+ Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs)
+ Develop and implement Behavior Intervention Plans
+ Create individualized treatment plans to help learners grow
+ Provide training and support to caregivers and staff
+ Work in home, community, and clinical settings
What You Need:
+ LABA (Licensed Applied Behavior Analysis)
+ Master’s Degree / Certification in ABA, Psychology, Education, or related field
+ Valid Driver’s License & Reliable Transportation
+ Strong organizational & problem-solving skills
+ Passion for helping individuals thrive
