Description
As Indirect Procurement Manager you will lead a team of Supply Chain professionals to develop and execute sourcing and purchasing strategies for all indirect commodities required to run the business including: Travel, Fleet, IT hardware/software, Telecom, MRO, Marketing, Facilities, HR and Engineering Services, etc. This strong leader will partner with stakeholder functions across the company to ensure compliance with purchasing policies and most effective use of company funds to supply the necessary indirect goods and services at the lowest total cost.
Primary Responsibilities
+ Provide strategic and tactical leadership of the indirect procurement team and select categories in execution of the indirect procurement function including approval, creation and reconciliation of purchase orders and agreements.
+ Develop team members and offer guidance in the negotiation of agreements, creation and execution of RFQs / RFPs, development and implementation of procurement policy.
+ Identification, qualification and establishment of a supply base that is capable of meeting Tektronix requirements and adhering to our terms. On-going management of key supplier relationships including regular business reviews and interaction.
+ Lead the team in creation of a project savings funnel, facilitate execution of these projects to meet the annual savings objectives. Drive improvement in working capital turnover through initiatives that extend payment terms within the supply base.
+ Coach cross-functional, non-procurement, stakeholders to comply with approved procurement methods, policies and tools that drive efficiency, generate savings and protect company assets.
+ Participate in monthly and quarterly sourcing meetings with corporate parent (Ralliant) and associated operating companies to share best practices and leverage spend / opportunity.
+ Resolve indirect procurement issues as they arise, become the subject matter expert within the function.
Qualifications
_The successful candidate will possess the following combination of education and experience:_
Minimum Requirements:
+ Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or applicable area of study or equivalent work experience; MBA preferred.
+ Minimum of 7 years’ procurement experience with demonstrated success in negotiation, contract development and stakeholder management.
+ Commodity Manager experience within the indirect procurement function.
+ Demonstrated ability to lead a professional team in a matrixed organization structure.
+ Advanced knowledge and understanding of procurement practices and tools.
+ Can organize, prioritize and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
+ Strong project management and financial analysis skills with ability to solve problems and simplify work flows.
+ Able to break complex issues down to manageable components, develop action plans and execute to a successful conclusion.
+ Highly motivated, success driven, with strong teamwork and influencing skills.
+ Demonstrate confidence and assertiveness in communicating effectively with stakeholders.
+ Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
+ CPSM or equivalent certification preferred but not mandatory.
+ Microsoft Office Applications skills required.

Bonus or Equity
This position is also eligible for bonus as part of the total compensation package.
Pay Range
The salary range for this position in local currency is 89200.00 - 165600.00
Is this role subject to ITAR?
