YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Business Growth/Joint Value:

+ Partners with Sr. Manager of Customer Supply Chain, other members and related cross-functional resources to deliver on Customer Supply Chain goals (e.g. OTIF) and customer requirements.

+ Leverages analytical tools to proactively identify trends and create solutions that will lead to improved Customer Supply Chain related KPI performance.

+ Develops and maintains operational tracking systems for key promotional activities, new item introductions, item transitions, discontinuations, on-shelf availability, inventory management etc.

+ Partnership Development:

+ Actively collaborates with internal cross-functional resources and with external retailer Supply Chain / Merchandising Team Members to improve Logistics/Supply Chain KPIs by utilizing CI problem solving methodologies (e.g. why-why, data analysis, value stream mapping) to identify root causes, solve problems, and implement solutions.

+ Manages forecasting and replenishment CMI / CPFR related activities for non-seasonal, less complex brands.

WHO YOU ARE:

Bayer seeks an incumbent who possesses the following:

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree;

+ Track-record of solving complex business problems and using advanced analytical techniques;

+ Results-oriented and performance-driven attitude;

+ Demonstrated interpersonal skills for effective collaboration and influencing with internal and external business partners / customers is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s Degree with 6 years’ experience, or Master’s Degree and 2 years’ experience at least 2 years of experience in Supply Chain management and/or Customer Logistics, preferably within the consumer product, consumer health, CPG or OTC industry.

Employees can expect to be paid a salary between $ 79618.89 - 119428.33. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Other benefits include health care, vision, dental, retirement, PTO, sick leave, etc. If selected for this role, the offer may vary based on market data/ranges, an applicant’s skills and prior relevant experience, certain degrees and certifications, and other relevant factors.
