• PCBA Repair Technician

    Do you have strong soldering skills and hands-on experience in PCB testing?

     

    We are looking for **skilled technicians** with a solid background in **manual soldering, SMT, and circuit board diagnostics** . This is a **direct hire** role with long-term stability, great benefits, and opportunities for advancement!

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Troubleshoot and repair PCBA failures, identifying root causes

    • Perform precise soldering work: Thru-Hole, SMT, Leadless, and BGAs

    • Use diagnostic tools including 3DX-Ray system, Rework Station, and Solder Pot

    • Interpret schematics, datasheets, and test specifications

    • Support and guide other technicians on testing procedures and soldering standards

    • Maintain station performance and follow IPC quality standards

    Must-Have Skills and Experience

    • Experience with **PCBA repair** , **testing** , and **rework**

    • Proficient in **manual soldering** and surface mount technology

    • Comfortable using test tools like oscilloscopes, waveform generators, and digital meters

    • Prior knowledge of IPC-A-610 or IPC-7711 required

    • Ability to read schematics, drawings, and technical documents

    • Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis skills

    Shift Options

    • 1st Shift: 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM

    • 2nd Shift: 3:30 PM to 12:00 AM

    • 3rd Shift: 11:30 PM to 8:00 AM

    **Pay Details:** $28.00 per hour
