What You’ll Do

+ Lead Integrated Product Teams to analyze designs and develop production/tooling strategies

+ Manage material flow and oversee manufacturing plan optimization

+ Create clear, accurate work instructions to guide production teams

+ Conduct producibility and variation analysis to ensure process capability

+ Resolve complex manufacturing and technical issues

+ Guide and mentor junior engineers

+ Apply Lean methodologies to enhance production efficiency

+ Support research for new products and business opportunities

Qualifications

Required:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field

+ 9+ years of experience in manufacturing engineering or equivalent education/experience

+ Experience with material management and work instruction creation

+ **Must be eligible to obtain a Security Clearance.**

Preferred:

+ Prior experience in aerospace production environments

+ Strong background in Lean Enterprise methodologies

+ ABET-accredited engineering education (preferred but not required)

Position Details

+ **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 3rd Shift (10:30 PM – 7:00 AM)

+ **Pay Rate starting at $ 68.34 / hr**

**Pay Details:** $68.34 per hour
