Position Overview:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Multimedia & Design Specialist to join our team. This role is responsible for producing high-quality visual content across various platforms, including digital, print, and video. The ideal candidate has a strong eye for design, proficiency in multimedia tools, and the ability to translate complex ideas into engaging visual formats.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Design and produce multimedia content including graphics, videos, animations, and presentations.

+ Collaborate with marketing, communications, and product teams to develop visual assets aligned with brand guidelines.

+ Manage end-to-end video production: scripting, filming, editing, and post-production.

+ Create engaging social media graphics, infographics, and digital ads.

+ Maintain and update visual content across websites, intranet, and digital platforms.

+ Ensure consistency in visual branding across all media.

+ Stay current with design trends, tools, and technologies.

Required Qualifications:

+ Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia Arts, Visual Communication, or related field.

+ 2+ years of experience in multimedia design or a similar role.

+ Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign).

+ Experience with video editing, motion graphics, and animation.

+ Strong portfolio showcasing a range of multimedia and design work.

+ Excellent communication and time management skills.

+ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Knowledge of UI/UX principles and tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch).

+ Experience with photography and audio editing.

+ Familiarity with HTML/CSS and web design basics.

+ Experience in branding and visual storytelling.
