Salary: $85,000 - $95,000

Job Summary:

You will provide leadership, supervision, and guidance to assigned staff and be responsible and accountable for providing direct behavioral healthcare services for children, adolescents, and adults.

What You Will Do:

+ Provide direct supervision to assigned staff in order to enhance their skills sets, leadership qualities and administrative functions.

+ Provide on-going support to staff to assure completion of job responsibilities.

+ Carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with the agency's policies, applicable laws and governmental regulatory agencies.

+ Review staff responsibilities to determine time frame and scope of authority, reviews staffing requirements, and allotments of available resources.

+ Interview and hiring staff; plan, assign, and direct work; appraise performance

+ Supervise, lead and support assigned staff

+ Oversee and perform coordination of internal and external services to meet client needs

+ Participate as a member of our management team, ensure program and staff comply with all Agency policies and procedures and participate in Agency projects as assigned.

+ Oversee the program's day-to-day operations

+ Assess and evaluate clients at intake and/or admission, during ongoing treatment and/or service delivery, and at discharge and/or transfer.

+ Formulate psychosocial treatment plans, with relevant goals, behaviorally measurable objectives that serve as indexes for evaluating treatment progress, and realistic time frames for achievement.

+ Provide services and supportive interventions, including case management, linkage to community resources, and provides inter-agency coordination of treatment.

What We Need to See:

+ Master's degree in social work or addiction counseling or other behavioral health discipline from an accredited college or university

+ At least 3 years documented work experience with individuals experiencing substance use disorder

+ Prof. License as required by program's requirements (e.g.: LCDAC, LCSW, etc.) with a CCS

+ A valid driver's license and must be insurable under the Agency's automobile insurance policy.
