Come join a company that strives for _Extraordinary People and Exceptional Performance_ ! **Chenega Services & Federal Solutions, LLC,** a **Chenega Professional Services** ’ company, is looking for an exceptional **Senior Solutions Architect** with extensive experience supporting large agency-level enterprise IT initiatives. The ideal candidate will serve as a strategic advisor to our customer's Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), providing expert guidance on leading-edge technologies, best practices, and transformational initiatives across the enterprise IT landscape. **This position will require the candidate to work in Washington D.C. up to 5 days a week, though it is considered "hybrid."**

Responsibilities
+ Partner with senior officials and deputy personnel to develop and implement comprehensive enterprise IT strategies aligned with organizational goals and objectives
+ Architect scalable, secure, and resilient enterprise solutionsthat leverage modern technologies and methodologies
+ Lead technical governance initiatives to ensure alignment, standardization, and optimization across the enterprise
+ Provide thought leadership on emerging technologies and industry trends, identifying opportunities for innovation and improvement
+ Develop reference architectures and technical roadmaps to guide the organization's digital transformation journey
+ Evaluate and recommend appropriate technology solutionsto address complex business challenges
+ Mentor and guide technical teams in the implementation of enterprise solutions
+ Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders, translating complex concepts into understandable terms
+ Identify and mitigate technical risks across the enterprise IT portfolio
Qualifications
+ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
+ Master's degree preferred
+ 15-20 years of progressive experience in enterprise IT architecture and solutions design
+ Demonstrated experience advising C-level executives and senior government officials
+ Comprehensive knowledge across multiple domains:
+ Enterprise IT Governance and Strategy
+ Cybersecurity and Zero Trust Architecture
+ Cloud Computing (AWS, Azure, GCP)
+ Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning
+ Data Analytics and Business Intelligence
+ Enterprise Networking and Infrastructure
+ Continuity of Operations Planning (COOP)
+ Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity
+ Experience leading large-scale digital transformation initiatives
+ Strong understanding of federal IT policies, regulations, and compliance requirements
+ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
+ Ability to influence and drive consensus among diverse stakeholder groups
+ Experience working with federal agencies or large public sector organizations preferred
+ Preferred Relevant certifications (TOGAF, AWS/Azure/GCP, CISSP, ITIL, PMP)
+ Experience with DevSecOps practices and tools preferred
+ Knowledge of emerging technologies such as quantum computing, blockchain, or edge computing preferred
+ Experience with IT portfolio management and capital planning preferred
+ Background in enterprise architecture frameworks (FEAF, DoDAF, etc.) preferred
