    **Tradesmen International** is immediately hiring skilled **Drywall Taper / Finishers** for projects located in and around **Reno, NV** . This is a first shift opportunity with a pay range of **up to** **$28/hour** based on experience and skill level.     Job Scope:

    + Apply Joint Compound and Tape to Drywall Seams, Corners, and Joints

    + Perform Precise Sanding and Finishing to Achieve a Smooth or Texture-Matched Surface

    + Conduct Patchwork on Damaged Drywall and Stucco Surfaces, ensuring Color, Texture and Finish Continuity with Existing Finishes

    + Cut out and Repair Damaged Sections of Drywall and Interior Stucco using Appropriate Tools and Materials

    + Accurately Match Interior Stucco Textures such as Skip Trowel, Knockdown, or Custom Hand Textures during Patching Work

    + Use Spray Rigs, Trowels, Brushes and Other Tools to Recreate Finishes

    + Coordinate with Supervisors or Site Leads to ensure all patch and Repair Work Meets Quality Expectations and Times-lines

    + Maintain a Clean, Safe Work Area

    Requirements:

    + Minimum of 2 Years of Experience in Drywall Finishing, including Texture Matching and Stucco Patching

    + Strong Ability to Assess Repair Areas and Determine Appropriate Patching Methods

    + Familiarity with a Range of Drywall Textures and Application Techniques

    + Detail Oriented with a Commitment to High Quality Craftsmanship

    + Ability to Work Independently and as Part of a Team in Fast Paced Environments
