    The Sr. People Partner will play a pivotal role in aligning business objectives with people strategies, offering expert counsel on workforce planning, organizational development, performance management, and change leadership. This individual will partner closely with leaders and employees to foster a high-performance, inclusive culture that enables strong employee engagement and business growth.

     

    Travel Expectations: The candidate may be required to travel to other Tripleseat locations.

    Core Responsibilities

    Strategic Partnership

    + Partner with business leaders to define and execute HR strategies that support the achievement of organizational goals.

    + Act as a consultant and coach to executives and people managers on talent planning, organizational design, employee development, and leadership effectiveness.

    + Lead workforce planning initiatives in alignment with company growth and operational goals.

    + Support a remote-first workforce with scalable HR strategies tailored to global and regional needs.

    Talent & Performance Management

    + Partner with the VP of Learning and Talent Management to drive talent reviews, succession planning, and leadership development strategies.

    + Support the development and implementation of performance management processes that foster accountability and continuous feedback.

    + Provide guidance on career pathing, development plans, and employee movement.

    + Develop and implement comprehensive career and succession planning programs to support employee growth, engagement, and retention.

    + Collaborate with managers and employees to identify career goals

    Employee Relations & Engagement

    + Partner with managers and Legal/HR leadership to manage complex employee relations issues, investigations, and conflict resolution.

    + Champion a positive employee experience through employee engagement initiatives and proactive feedback mechanisms.

    Global Employment & Compliance Operations

    + Serve as the primary liaison for our Employer of Record (EOR) partnerships, ensuring seamless coordination across international employment, immigration compliance, and benefits administration.

    + Oversee the day-to-day management of EOR processes, working closely with cross-functional teams to support global talent, maintain accurate records, and ensure adherence to local labor laws and internal policies.

    + Act as a strategic advisor on immigration matters and partner with vendors to deliver a consistent and compliant employee experience.

    Change Management & Organizational Effectiveness

    + Lead or support organizational change efforts including restructures, culture initiatives, and team effectiveness strategies.

    + Provide expertise in change leadership practices and employee communications.

    + Partner with Total Rewards to align compensation, promotions, and benefits with business needs, hiring, and retention.

    Data & Compliance

    + Use data and analytics to influence decisions, identify trends, and measure the effectiveness of HR initiatives.

    + Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies.

    + Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive employee and business information.

     

    Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required

     

    + Minimum 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a strategic HR Business Partner role supporting senior leadership.

    + In-depth knowledge of HR principles, practices, and employment law (U.S. and international), with hands-on experience across key HR disciplines including:

    + Organizational design and development

    + Talent and performance management

    + Compensation and total rewards

    + Employee relations

    + Diversity, equity, and inclusion (DEI)

    + Culture and engagement

    + Demonstrated success in diagnosing organizational challenges, driving change, and implementing people strategies that align with business goals.

    + Proven ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels; skilled in building credibility and trust with executive stakeholders.

    + Experience designing and executing HR programs across core functions such as onboarding, performance management, employee development, and employee engagement.

    + Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail and a collaborative, team-first approach.

    + Bachelor’s degree
