Warehouse Receiving Clerk

Hours: 2ND SHIFT

Wage: $18.50/HR

Job Overview:

The Warehouse Receiving Clerk is responsible for receiving, inspecting, and recording products delivered to the warehouse. This role ensures accurate inventory tracking, proper product handling, and efficient storage. The Warehouse Receiving Clerk works closely with warehouse staff, inventory management, and procurement teams to ensure that deliveries are processed in a timely and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy against purchase orders

+ Log deliveries into inventory systems and report any damages or discrepancies

+ Label and organize products in designated storage areas using proper stock rotation methods

+ Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment to move inventory safely

+ Maintain a clean, safe, and organized receiving area in compliance with safety standards

Qualifications:

+ Previous warehouse and order picking experience is preferred

+ Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs on a regular basis

+ Basic inventory system knowledge and experience

+ Familiarity with warehouse equipment and safe handling practices
