Job Overview

A local salon is seeking a friendly and dependable **Salon Receptionist** to join the team in a part-time capacity. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced, professional environment.

**Schedule:** Tuesdays 4:30 PM–9:00 PM & Wednesdays 2:30 PM–9:00 PM (11 hours/week)

Key Responsibilities:

+ Greet clients warmly upon arrival and assist with check-in/check-out

+ Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and confirm bookings

+ Maintain a clean and welcoming front desk and waiting area

+ Process payments and handle basic point-of-sale functions

+ Support stylists with light administrative tasks

+ Provide friendly and professional communication in person and over the phone

Qualifications:

+ Previous customer service or receptionist experience preferred

+ Strong communication and organizational skills

+ Comfortable using scheduling software or willing to learn

+ Professional demeanor and a positive attitude

+ Reliability and punctuality are a must
