We're seeking a Senior Developer – Microsoft Bot with deep technical expertise in building secure, enterprise-grade bots on the Microsoft Teams platform using the Microsoft Bot Framework SDK and Azure services. This is a hands-on engineering role where you’ll architect and deploy intelligent bots in privately secured Azure environments, enabling seamless SSO with Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) and integrating with key enterprise tools. You’ll contribute to impactful projects like HiredScore, Employee HR Chatbot, and mygAIt, ensuring high-performance solutions that meet enterprise-grade security and compliance standards.

What You’ll Be Doing:

+ Design, develop, and maintain bots using Microsoft Bot Framework SDK for Microsoft Teams.

+ Deploy bots on Azure App Services within private, secure environments, ensuring security and compliance.

+ Configure Azure networking components including VNets, private endpoints, DNS, and VNet peering.

+ Optimize performance and routing using Azure Application Gateway.

+ Write robust, maintainable code in C# and .NET Core aligned with best practices for scalability and security.

+ Integrate OAuth 2.0 and SSO using Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) to ensure secure bot authentication.

+ Collaborate with infrastructure, security, and app teams to deliver smooth Teams app experiences.

+ Troubleshoot issues related to bot performance, networking, and authentication in private Azure deployments.

+ Document architecture, deployment processes, and key technical decisions for internal teams.

Required Qualifications:

+ 8+ years of professional software development experience.

+ 3+ years of hands-on experience building bots with the Microsoft Bot Framework SDK.

+ Proven success deploying applications in privately secured Azure environments.

+ Strong understanding of Azure networking (VNets, DNS, endpoints, peering).

+ In-depth knowledge of C# and .NET Core.

+ Experience integrating bots with Microsoft Teams and managing Teams app configurations.

+ Expertise in OAuth 2.0, SSO, and Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD) for authentication flows.

+ Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate across technical domains.

Preferred Qualifications:

+ Microsoft certifications (e.g., AZ-204, MS-600).

+ Experience setting up CI/CD pipelines for Azure-based deployments.

+ Familiarity with enterprise HR systems or chatbot platforms like HiredScore.
